Mentorship
In the mentorship program, young people meet mentors from different fields who share their time, attention, and experience.
Together, they discover new perspectives, plan the next steps, and learn to communicate more confidently — both in everyday situations and while pursuing personal or professional goals.
Why it works
Empowerment: we help young people believe in their own strengths and make decisions independently.
Skills: we develop communication, self-awareness, planning, job-search and self-presentation skills (CV, interviews).
Community: meaningful connections open doors — to activities, internships, and first jobs.
Purpose: every meeting has a clear goal and a tangible outcome.
How it works
1:1 meetings (in person or online) — individual attention tailored to the young person’s goals.
Group sessions — themed workshops, discussions, and experience sharing.
Clear plan — together we set goals for 3–6 months and regularly evaluate progress.
Safety and respect — an adapted environment and attentive support from program coordinators.
Who it is for
Young people with various special needs who want to:
-
plan their educational or career path,
